New this year: General admission tickets have been reduced to $55 (down from $75), while offering even more value — including tastings from the region’s top vendors, live entertainment, and a vibrant shopping experience.

All attendee ticket purchases are non-refundable; however, registrations are transferable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest.

Exhibitor Details

Exhibitor booth setup begins at 8:00 AM. Booth tear down may begin at 3:00 PM following the conclusion of the festival. Early tear down is not permitted.

Booths will receive 2 20lb bags of ice.

Exhibitors will need to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, etc.

Booth assignments will be determined based on the overall flow and layout needs of the festival. Exhibitors will be notified of their booth location prior to the event.

Power access is available upon request during registration and must be requested prior to the event.

Due to the planning, marketing, and promotional commitments associated with exhibitors, all exhibitor payments are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to participate, we are happy to work with you to explore alternative options, such as transferring your sponsorship to another business or changing the payment to a donation.

  • You have to provide an item to be used as a raffle prize for vendors. A bottle of wine, food, artisan item, or gift cards are all acceptable examples.

We invite you to sponsor the Taste Highland Lakes Food & Wine Festival and showcase your business while supporting a fun and exciting community event. Proceeds from the festival directly support the mission of the Kingsland Chamber of Commerce to strengthen and support local businesses and our community. Your sponsorship is an investment in both your business visibility and the future of the Highland Lakes area.

Sponsors are welcome to include a promotional item in the attendee bags. Please plan to provide approximately 300 items. Final quantities will be confirmed closer to the event date.  These items can be delivered to the Chamber office no later than September 4th, 2026.
